- Present strategic recommendations to executive board with ROI modeling and risk assessments
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio from ideation to pilot implementation
- Establish global partnerships with research labs and startups for technology scouting
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and agile innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and exponential technology trends
- Proven track record of launching 3+ breakthrough products/services
- Certification in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or similar preferred
- Experience with patent strategy and IP portfolio development
