Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in launching cutting-edge tech products (AI/blockchain preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Experience scaling tech teams in hyper-growth environments
- Certifications in Agile, DevOps, or Technology Architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
