- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning product development, infrastructure, and customer experience
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with clear ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
- Mentor technology teams on future-focused methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, or quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or PhD preferred
