Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive ethical AI and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record scaling technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation
- Experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Strong data analytics and financial modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in tech journals
