Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate future products and services
- Analyze global tech policies and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups and acquisition targets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Deep understanding of tech disruption cycles and exponential growth patterns
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certifications in emerging technologies (AWS ML, Google AI, etc.) preferred
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation policies
