Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Experience scaling tech solutions in regulated industries (healthcare, finance)
