- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Analyze global tech landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board and executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for innovation scouting
- Oversee implementation of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on human-centric tech solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in technology strategy development for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, biotech integration)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and market forecasting
- Strong executive presence with successful stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or similar preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
