- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess their strategic implications
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-gen user experiences
- Represent the company at global tech forums and shape industry standards
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology roles with 3+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience navigating international tech policy and regulatory frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech implementations
