Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and security teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies in biotech, nanotech, and climate tech
- Translate futuristic concepts into viable business cases with ROI projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation incubator
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, generative AI ethics, and climate-positive tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/DF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technology ecosystem transformations
