Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech opportunities (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for future-focused technologies
- Design scalable architecture for decentralized AI systems and sustainable infrastructure
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and ethical tech governance
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or Foresight Methodology
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
