Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to identify competitive advantages
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across quantum, AI, and sustainability verticals
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, patents, and industry conference presentations
- Collaborate with product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI/ML, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication skills and experience presenting to C-suite audiences
