Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform strategic planning for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption
- Lead high-impact innovation initiatives across R&D, product development, and operations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with technology pioneers, research institutions, and venture partners
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across organizational functions
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruption and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech trends into business value
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies and technology adoption frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep knowledge of at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
