- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and deployment
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record architecting multi-year digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Experience scaling technology teams in fast-growth environments
- Prior work with Fortune 500 companies on future-tech roadmaps
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation journals
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
