Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of leading $10M+ innovation projects
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy landscape
