Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
