Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, blockchain) for commercial adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to anticipate industry disruptions
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology implementation and sustainable innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Mentor technical teams on future trends and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, IoT, quantum computing, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (preferred)
