Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen tech solutions
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
- Lead scenario planning for regulatory, ethical, and societal impacts of future tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience with venture capital investment processes or corporate innovation incubators
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking with data-driven decision-making skills
