Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech frameworks across product development
- Present strategic technology vision to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation
- Collaborate with academic institutions on next-gen R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching innovative products at scale
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex tech concepts into business strategy
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
