Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate disruptive innovations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present technology vision and progress to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation impact measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Executive-level experience developing and scaling technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Experience leading global, cross-functional innovation teams
