As a key member of our executive team, you'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering leaders to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems. Your insights will directly influence our $500M R&D portfolio and define how we pioneer the next generation of digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT) for commercial viability
- Produce detailed market analysis reports and competitive intelligence for executive decision-making
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Define innovation KPIs and track technology adoption metrics across the organization
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage a $2M innovation incubation fund for pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing cutting-edge technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain experience required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and market trend analysis
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- PMP or similar strategic certification preferred
