Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-7 year adoption cycles
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and technology incubation programs
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
