Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Monitor competitive tech landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ markets
- Build partnerships with academic labs and government innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership on future tech implications for industry 5.0
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech transformation projects
