Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Develop scenario-based models for market disruption and risk mitigation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting strategic planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and futures research
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
