Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities and threats for InnovateX Solutions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives for 2026 and beyond
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to integrate strategic technology initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform technology strategy decisions
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented technology strategies and adjust as necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or related role
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, quantum computing, and IoT
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful technology strategies
