Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and ROI
- Manage vendor partnerships for emerging technology integration
- Drive a culture of continuous innovation and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong data analysis and strategic planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO, PMP) preferred
- Experience scaling technology operations in high-growth environments
