- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation strategies

Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise technology strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI ecosystems
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- PhD in Computer Science/Physics or equivalent breakthrough innovation portfolio
- Active contributor to IEEE P2813 standards committee or equivalent
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Security clearance for federal tech initiatives preferred
