Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy, identifying emerging trends with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using quantum, AI, and bio-integration technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and Fortune 500 companies
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for ethical tech adoption
- Oversee $50M+ R&D budget allocation for 2026 innovation initiatives
- Mentor C-suite executives on technology disruption risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on multi-billion dollar transformations
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- PhD in relevant field or equivalent experience with peer-reviewed publications
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 10M+ user adoption
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
