Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, researchers, and product specialists
- Identify emerging tech trends and competitive threats through market analysis
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships and government grants
- Present quarterly progress to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish industry standards through patent development and thought leadership
- Mentor next-gen tech leaders through our Future Innovators program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $50M annually
