Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps by synthesizing global data from IoT, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with R&D, product, and design teams
- Develop predictive models for market disruption using proprietary trend analysis frameworks
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on emerging tech opportunities
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and exclusive industry foresight forums
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Horizon Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech implementations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain US government-level clearance
