Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for generative AI systems
- Lead cross-functional audits of autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Partner with quantum computing teams to model ethical implications of superintelligent systems
- Author position papers for the Global AI Ethics Council
- Design bias mitigation protocols for neural network training datasets
- Conduct scenario planning for AI existential risk prevention
- Mentor junior ethicists in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years in AI ethics
- Published research in top-tier journals on algorithmic accountability
- Experience with EU AI Act compliance and OECD AI principles
- Proficiency in Python and TensorFlow for ethical auditing
- Demonstrated expertise in neuroethics and cognitive bias mitigation
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for international collaborations
- Portfolio of ethical frameworks implemented in production AI systems
