Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product evolution using scenario planning methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum computing and AI
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities across verticals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or strategic roadmaps
