Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and geopolitical trends with 2026+ impact horizons
- Develop and communicate strategic innovation roadmaps for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-generation business models
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario planning and predictive analytics
- Establish KPI frameworks for tracking innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Partner with R&D to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Mentor leadership teams in futures thinking and adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., ACIF, CFIP) preferred
