Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or equivalent foresight role
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTR, Foresight Pro)
