- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with quantifiable ROI projections for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-proof thinking across organizational silos
- Analyze complex data ecosystems to predict market disruptions and competitive threats
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate resilience, AI ethics, and workforce evolution
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neurotechnology
