Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and researchers in developing next-generation AI systems
- Conduct cutting-edge research and prototype emerging technologies for deployment by 2026
- Collaborate with product and business teams to define the technology roadmap and strategic initiatives
- Drive innovation in key areas including quantum computing, advanced robotics, and sustainable tech solutions
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to executive leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a focus on emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, and at least one other future tech domain (e.g., quantum computing, robotics)
- Proven track record of delivering innovative products and leading successful technology projects
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience with agile development methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
