Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in AI/ML, IoT, or quantum computing implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning and futures forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and strategic management preferred
