Responsibilities
- Perform General Clerical Duties: Handle filing, copying, scanning, and data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Front Desk Support: Greet visitors and employees at the front desk, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital records, ensuring compliance with state retention policies.
- Office Coordination: Assist in managing office supplies inventory, processing incoming/outgoing mail, and coordinating inter-departmental communications.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to the public by answering questions regarding departmental procedures and services.
- Special Projects: Support management with special projects, report preparation, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; this is an ideal entry-level role for recent graduates or career changers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation is essential.
