- Utilize Charlotte's proprietary software for data entry/reporting
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reconciliation
- Prepare council meeting materials and public notices
- Support emergency response coordination protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED with 3+ years admin experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Government records management certification preferred
- Clear NC background check and fingerprinting required
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of local government operations preferred
- Must pass municipal typing test (50 WPM minimum)
