Key Duties
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and scanning documents.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos and departmental reports.
- Assist the public with form submissions and basic information requests.
