Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers efficiently and accurately.
- Greet customers with a professional demeanor and resolve inquiries regarding DMV policies and procedures.
- Verify documents and ensure all data entry is error-free within the state database.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and balance daily receipts.
- Assist customers with online services and navigating our digital kiosks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, government, or administrative support preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong typing speed and proficiency with computer systems.
- Ability to remain calm and patient when assisting frustrated or high-volume customers.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
