- Assist citizens and stakeholders with inquiries regarding municipal services and procedures
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for departmental staff
- Maintain accurate filing systems for departmental records and documents
- Support budget tracking and procurement processes following government guidelines
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government background clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
