Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, scheduling, and correspondence
- Process confidential documents with strict adherence to government protocols
- Prepare and maintain digital/physical records in compliance with public records laws
- Coordinate public meetings and community outreach events
- Assist with budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Provide frontline support to citizens and government officials

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government/public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of public records and Sunshine Law requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
