Responsibilities
- Manage public records requests and document retention protocols

- Prepare official reports, budgets, and grant applications
- Implement FOIA compliance procedures and public transparency initiatives
- Supervise administrative support staff and workflow optimization
- Oversee procurement processes and vendor contract management
- Ensure adherence to KY Open Records Act requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years government administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Knowledge of Kentucky Sunshine Laws and procurement regulations
- Valid Kentucky driver's license with clean record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required
