Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate records for departmental projects and correspondence.
- Greet visitors and answer high-volume phone lines, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in the coordination of interdepartmental meetings and public events.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and agency policies.
- Perform data entry tasks and update databases to reflect current project statuses.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
