Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential government records with strict compliance protocols
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and executive scheduling
- Process financial transactions and procurement documentation
- Prepare comprehensive reports for public hearings and council meetings
- Implement FOIA requests and public information dissemination procedures
- Oversee office operations and vendor contract management
- Train staff on new government compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years government or public sector experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record management systems
- Knowledge of Indiana government regulations and procurement laws
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 30 days
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience with confidential data handling
