Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential municipal records with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional constituent service via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Coordinate departmental communications and scheduling across city agencies
- Prepare official reports, correspondence, and public-facing documents
- Manage departmental budgets and procurement processes

Qualifications
