Responsibilities
- Analyze government operations and recommend efficiency improvements
- Prepare comprehensive reports for policy development
- Manage public records and compliance documentation

- Present findings to senior leadership and public officials
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of local government operations and policies
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required
- Proven project management experience
- U.S. citizenship and Kentucky residency required
