Responsibilities
- Analyze complex government data to provide actionable insights for city planning and policy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline public service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for elected officials and department heads.
- Conduct research on local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance and identify new funding opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder communication, including conducting public meetings and responding to community inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of metrics, performance indicators, and project timelines.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend evidence-based solutions to improve county services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government, public policy, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with GIS software or database management systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
