Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with federal VA regulations (38 CFR) and healthcare standards
- Conduct internal audits and implement corrective action plans
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation systems
- Collaborate with legal and medical departments on policy updates

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years of federal compliance experience (VA preferred)
- Active VA or federal security clearance required
- Expert knowledge of 38 CFR and HIPAA regulations
- Experience with compliance audit software (e.g., FedTrack)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
