Responsibilities
- Analyze complex municipal data sets to inform policy recommendations
- Prepare detailed reports for city council and executive leadership
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects to improve public services
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and city ordinances
- Develop performance metrics for departmental initiatives
- Present findings to diverse stakeholders including community members
- Support emergency response protocol development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel)
- Strong knowledge of Arizona state and municipal regulations
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Proven project management experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to obtain security clearance
